Dear Best Friend,
I have been having the hardest time trying to find the right words to express how I feel. After listening to music, reading, working through the emotions, I found that A.A. Milne said it best. "How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard." And it's so true. I am beyond lucky, truly I am blessed, to have had you for a best friend for 32 amazing years. You were the only one who stuck with me even when I was falling apart, and I couldn't be more grateful. You were always so kind, caring and compassionate. We helped each other through so many difficult things, and I am struggling so hard not having you here to help with this heartache. I love you so much, and I miss you even more. Until we meet again I will treasure the memories and carry you in my heart always.
