I remember Vince would come with my Uncle Spurge to visit us as kids and bring cookies and ice cream He was a very happy fellow who loved to laugh. they talked of growing up on the Westside and told lots of stories.I think when my dad Don Allaby passed away, Vince was the first one to come to the visiting hours.R.I.P Vince.Beth and Blair Bartlett and Ann and Aaron Allaby.
