Francis and family - We have lost an angel here on earth. My deepest sympathy to you on your loss. She had a special place in my heart as "the little girl with the voice of purest gold". I could always depend on her for a big hug each time we met. Always cheerful, always caring. A very special lady. Don

Words fail at a time such as this. Was very surprised, and sadden, to hear of Ona Marie's passing, your wonderful Wife and a Mother next to none. Many are the fond memories when Hillcrest opened and our great times together in Choir. Then came the hussle that THE Vessey's were expecting. Needless to say it was center and forefront over Christmas that year. She always always had a smile; a great laugh; and one you could joke with and know all was taken in good humor. Our prayers; thoughts; and love are extended to each of you at this difficult time. We take joy and comfort in knowing she did not suffer long and that she has Graduated to her final reward. Heaven has a new Soporano.....front row and with a twinkle in her eye. Blessings. Norman and Barbara

My condolences to Marie's entire family. She was without a doubt one of a kind and would do anything for anyone. Always quick witted and ready to spar. I enjoyed giving it back to her as well as she liked giving it :o) Dining out with Marie and all the Vessey's was always worth a dozen laughs, for many, many reasons. Although we are only feeling our earthly pain right now, we can know that Marie's pain and ailments are now gone and she is free from it all, and with her parents and other family members. Prayers to all.5

Dear Francis, You probably don't know me from Adam but I have very fond memories of you making my mornings better as you drove me to SJHS on the North End bus back in the 1970's. Each morning it was a treat for me to hop on your bus and be greated with a smile and a story. I went on to teach at SJHS and remember Lowell as a student there. please accept my very sincere condolences on the loss of your wonderful wife and mother. I now live directly behind Hillcrest so have met many people from the church. I also teach at Barnhill School so I know Matthew and Callie from there. My condolences to them as well. God bless you and many thanks for all those morning greetings so long ago, you made a lasting impression on a 15 year old.. Geoff Vail
