Dad Thank you for choosing me I am the luckiest girl in the world because I had the best father a girl could ask for. I had someone who was my confidant, my protector, my friend , my conscience. You taught us girls that we could be strong independant and opinionated, but you were also there to tell us when we were wrong. You showed us what was right what was acceptable and what wasn't for those lessons I will be forever grateful. You raised 2 great daughters who are not afraid to stand up for what they believe in and we in turn are raising our children the same way Not only did I lose my dad but I also lost the 1 person I could always count on to be there with a hug no matter how much I messed up. i not only lost my dad but I lost one of the most important men and role models I had I lost my best friend My voice of reason... Now I must take all of the lessons that you have taught me over the years put them into place and try and go on. This will be the hardest thing I ever do, But I know you would want me to do just that pick myself up dust myself off and take another step forward. Know that you will forever be the most important man in my life, and the absolute best friend I ever had. So as I sit here with my heart hurting I know you are watching over me and though I may cry I know that you sending me the strength I need to go. i love you so very much dad, I count the minutes and hours until we meet again I love you dad
