My deepest condolences to Barbs family and friends. I have fond memories of Barbara she had a huge heart and treated everyone with kindness and respect. Barbara was always very serious about her studies but equally serious about her duties after the school day was finished. I spent many lunch hours with Barbara outside the auditorium at Voc just sharing stories and lots of great jokes. Barbara definitely had the brains but never put others down for not living up to her scholarly standards. Her biggest desire after high school was to settle down and have a family. Barbara will be missed, forever remembered, and loved by all.

My heart goes out to Barb's family with her loss. We met in grade 10 and were classroom friends throughout high school. I was so proud of her when she was chosen as valedictorian (not that it was a surprise). We reconnected a few years ago after she found me on Facebook. I will miss her & her sense of humour

A Life gone too soon. Barb & I shared an office for many years at the Regional Hospital, in Nutrition & Food Services. We also shared many stories, laughs and tears. I remember the 1st time Barb worked up the courage to go to Calais, Maine shopping, then there was no stopping her. We won many radio contests in our days working together. Barb loved talking about her kids, her family and her Grand Babies. R.I. P. Barb, now you can re-unite with your Dad and Gail.

I am so sorry to read of Barb's passing. She was such a vibrant, smart and funny person. She was very proud of her children and grandchildren, speaking of them often. Barb was the scheduling "guru" in the fooodservice department making sure that everything was fair and equitable for all. We shared many laughs, stories, and tears throughout the years. So sad that her life was cut short far too soon. Hang onto the good memories and cherish them. Praying that you will find peace.
