So sorry to hear of Marie's passing. I knew her from the time she spent at the chateau where my mother in law was also. Marie knew of my aunt from the church and she spoke fondly of her. It meant so much to me. Finally I so enjoyed the time she would come into my store Tan Jay west. We had many great laughs. I truly loved our visits. I will keep you in my prayers for the coming days and weeks ahead. God bless you

Patricia, Gary and Family,
On behalf of Carleton-Kirk United Church Community, of which Marie was a very active member for many years, our thoughts, prayers and condolences are extended to each one of you. It is very difficult to loose a mother, grandmother and Great-grandmother. Marie has left in her wake, many who mourn the loss of her kindness, as well as her beautiful smile that always brighten the world around her. Marie will be missed by many. May our time together, Friday May 13th/2022 be a celebration of her life, well lived, missed but never forgotten. May there be healing for our hurting souls. Sincerely, Carleton-Kirk Church Family

Hey Gary and Pat:
Too say I was shocked when Marie passed, since I just saw on the Thursday before.
I will miss her smile and her sly since of humor. Her ability to put a smile on my face,
no matter my mood. Working for her was a joy and I looked forward to going to see her
every day.
Thank you for allowing me to work for her.
I grieve with you
Rose Dodd.

So sorry to hear this. Marie was always such an active church member of Carleton Kirk and I have many memories of her as a child when I was in the church. Gary and family so sorry for your loss. My Mother-in-Law Ernestine Smith was also very sad to hear of Marie's passing, they were great friends for many years and often went out once a week for lunch at Vitos and a little shopping at the mall.

Gary, Patricia and family- the Wilson’s of 11 Quinton Ave are sending you our love, thoughts and prayers. Marie was the kindest, sweetest neighbor who delighted in seeing the kids at play and who never missed a Christmas , spoiling us with her delicious chocolate chip cookies accompanied by an annual calendar featuring labs. We were blessed to know Marie.
