Susan Carolyn, Mark, Paul and RoseMarie,
I am so saddened to hear of Frank‘s passing! I did not know this until just yesterday. I would have come to the funeral had I known. Living in Fredericton and with mom now gone I’m not as in touch with the west side as I used to be.
Frank did a lot of work at our house on Woodville Rd while I was growing up including a great desk built in my room with an attached bookcase. I drew the plan for it when I was about 14 and he built it just exactly like I wanted. He was a very talented craftsman. He was such a great guy and I never saw him without that unique smile of his.
May the many memories you have of him carry you through the days ahead.
Take Care
Paul McCarthy

To all family members we offer our deepest condolences in the event of Franks passing. Frank will always be near and dear to us for so many reasons. We have him forever in our hearts.
Paul... words escape me how to accurately describe your dedication, your commitment and compassion. We saw it, and you amazed us each day. Frank was so lucky in so many ways. We are certain he lived every day in peace knowing you had him in your arms.
I personally will miss "working for the foreman". The projects you and I worked on, both at your home and ours, had a common thread..... always wanting to hear the wise words from the foreman. The appreciation was always visible in his face... except for the times he would say..." jeepers... why did you do it that way???"
We are certain Frank will rest in eternity with those above. The only question remaining..... will he have enough influence to take the Leafs one more step?

Paul, Carolyn, Susan and Mark,
We first met your Dad in April of 2019 when Bob started emergency dialysis. For the next fifteen months, Bob was part of the Monday, Wednesday, Friday dialysis crew with Frank and many others and what a bunch they were, sharing many a story and lots of laughs. What can we say about Frank...he was a true gem among jewels, an absolute gentleman, with a true heart of gold. His smile would brighten your day and his love and affection for his family was truly special. He touched the heart of so many, including ours. It was a true honour to have shared his friendship over the past few years. We will miss you Frank, but know in our hearts that you are at rest. Hold tight to your wonderful memories today and in the days ahead. You each will be in our prayers and thoughts.
Bob and Carolyn Garvin

I am sorry and very saddened to hear about Frank who was one of the nicest guys I ever got to work with in my 51 year career. He will be greatly missed by so many. Seeing his picture brings back quite a few memories. Like the night, when we were working nightcrew together and we went 'halfers' on a bottle of Chateau Thierry cooking wine. Oh Lord, at dinner time we both took a swig and proceeded to pour the rest down the sink. There was 6 or 7 dollars 'down the drain'. We kept reading trying to find why it tasted so very bad. Ahhh, there it was, contains around 11 to 14 % salt. YECHHH! lol. Live and learn I guess. And another thing I always remembered about him, he had this saying that no matter what the subject was he'd say, .....it's good enough for the girls we go out with'. And the time back in Sept. of '78 whenFrank, Claude Bridges, who also worked with us, the 3 boys and myself drove up to Moncton to see a pre season game between Toronto and Chicago. The New Brunswick Hawks were both teams farm team. Turned out to be a good game, Toronto came from behind and won 4-3 in the final minute as we were heading for the exit. R.I.P. Frank, you're one of the best.

To all the Green family , I am very sorry for your loss of Frank. He seemed to me to be the kindest man I have ever met . He had a humility about him that made him seem so pious. I'm sure if you asked anyone who had ever met Frank if they liked him they would likely say "what's not to like about him". I dont recall having ever met your Mother but when I speak to any one who knew her they said she and Frank were like two peas in a pod ....not much wonder that all of their children are so friendly and mild and likable . It was a pleasure knowing Frank and I will miss his smiles and handshakes .

Always remember Frank as the friendliest and most helpful person during his years in the grocery business; got to know him even better and his equally kindhearted wife Maura during a political campaign - when we all were working for Bob Jones; met his wonderful family at his Church where they all followed his His teachings in worship. May God continue to bless Frank and all his family and many friends.

Frank was definitely an important piece of the Bonner Place family. He was always upbeat and a pleasure to chat with. His grandson Bryan (my cousin) and I spent our summers playing soccer in Frank and Maura's backyard. Even though he wasn't our grandfather, my sister and I always referred to him as Grampy Green, just like our cousins Bryan and Mike did. I never missed an opportunity to trade barbs with Frank about being a Leafs fan. He even gave me a Leafs jersey when I was a kid to try and convert me from being a Habs fan. It didn't work though. He will be missed and Bonner Place will be a little bit different from now on.
