I fondly remember Glen from the 4 years I spent with him at St.Mary’s, in Brockville, Ontario. We shared a common area in our dormitory and I would often share my “Care package” from home with him. I extend my sincere condolences to Glen’s extended family and friends.

I met Glen when I was 14 years old. For the past 60 years he has been a friend who enriched and supported my life in so many ways.
From the friendship I was fortunate to have been introduced to his parents Jack and Marg and to all his siblings. For many years their home became a second home for me. I will be forever grateful to the Pierces. I share in the loss of Glen, who in many respects, was my brother - as he was to each of you.
During the past number of years the reality of physical distance made direct contact with Glen less frequent.
Glen's passing ends one aspect of my connection with him. He will however remain with me in spirit forever.

I know Glen will be sorely missed. I knew him for most of 3 years in Brockville and fondly remember camera club and other trips in the Bluebird! He was always upbeat and a pleasure to call friend.

To all the Pierce families
Glen was off to Brockville at an early age and was my age. I have known most of his brothers and sisters as I was a St Peter's North End kid. I met him a few times over the years and there was a quiet gentle aura about him.
Please accept my condolences and hope the memories will help bring peace to all of you.
You will be in my prayers.
Margaret Mowry Freill.
