So sorry to hear about your Mother. No matter how many years we share with them there is always an emptiness when they are gone. I have thought of her over the years, usually when active in parish life and recalling how things were done 'back then'. Always, your Mother came to mind with that warm smile and happy manner. I can still picture her pouring tea. Please accept my most sincere sympathies. And Doug's also. Eleanor

Mrs. Cherry was such a kind and considerate person to all she met. I feel privileged for being one of them. I will miss our bi-weekly telephone calls a great deal. Very often on occasions when I called after she had been ill to console her, it was *I* who felt grateful after our conversation. She will be missed by many, but there are so many who are thankful for having known her.

Deepest condolences to all of Marg’s family. Although this is a sad time for you all, I know her smile and strong faith will lift all of you up as you share your memories. I will always remember Marg as a beautiful elegant woman who always seemed genuinely happy to see me whether I was a young girl or more recently when I would see her at the Chateau. Thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Please accept my sincere condolences on your mother's passing. While I wasn't able to get to the funeral home tonight, I'll be at the funeral tomorrow and will speak with all of you then. I can recall your mother coming to the car to speak with my parents when we came from Halifax to collect Maurice (Paul's contemporary) and also when the McLaughlins from Montreal were down on Loch Lomond lakes visiting and you came over to Rigdewood and Doherty where the McLaughlins were staying.

My sympathy to Mrs. Cherry's family...I worked at Moffat Supplies in the late 60's - early 70's. Mrs. Cherry would often drop into the office to see Mr. Cherry. She always made me feel welcome and would stop and talk to me. She was a lovely lady, and a wonderful mother and role model for her children. RIP Mrs. Cherry....
