Howdy just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the images aren't loading properly. I'm not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I've tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same results.

I met Wayne working as a Lab Technologist in Microbiology. When I got called in for a stat specimen on the midnight shift, he would turn on the lights and have the sample waiting for me. Since I was working alone he would always come down and say hi but I think he was checking up on me to make sure I was ok. He was always smiling and arrived to work early. He usually carried a book to enjoy but I never knew which one he was reading because it had a plain cover over it. I have fond memories. Sincere sympathies to Wayne's family.

So sorry to hear of your brother's passing. I never knew him but am sure he was just as special and nice as all his siblings. Missed the date of his wake and Carl and I actually went to the funeral home yesterday, a week late. Hope all is well with all of you. I am sure Wayne will be missed. You have our deepest sympathies.

I was so sad to hear of Wayne’s passing. We worked many years together and he always watched out for me on my night shifts to make sure I took my break and ate my toast. I loved talking with him about books and he let me borrow some of his books from what is now my favourite author Harlan Coben. I saw him not long ago at Sobeys and so enjoyed catching up with him. He will be missed. RIP Wayne

Working in the ER as a ward clerk, I also got to know Wayne. I was one of many that would make that call that bloods were to go to the lab. If he knew there were some just about ready to go, he would wait the 2 minutes and take them as well. He respected the importance of his job, which is what I admired about him. Sending my deepest sympathy to his family.

I just saw Wayne a week ago as I was driving past him on one of his many walks. So it was a total shock to hear of his passing. Nicole and I wish to send our deepest sympathy and condolences to the LeBlanc family. Wayne was never short of words when ever I would see him. Always funny and asking how our family was doing. I don't think I ever heard him complain about his job or how his Blackhawks. He had incredible knowledge on a variety of topics, especially sports. Rest in peace Wayne.

I was shocked and saddened to her of Wayne's passing.I work at Sobeys in the westside and Wayne would come in for groceries each week and we would talk sports and whatever was on his mind.we go back to our 20's when he lived on Lancaster Ave.There was a group of us that hung around together.Wayne was a kind and caring person calling me if a friend was sick or had passed away to let me know that was Wayne. He enjoyed his work and the people he worked with they were like family to him.I last talked to him a week ago the conversation was the usual little did we know.My heart goes out to his family.RIP Wayne you were a good friend.

I knew Wayne from working at the hospital. He was the best porter SJRH could have asked for and always went above and beyond his duties by helping other people out. You could tell he truly loved his job and I enjoyed his company on the long lonely nights shifts working in the lab. I was sad to see him leave when he retired and it hasn't been the same without him. Rest easy Wayne

Sending heartfelt condolences to the family of Wayne LeBlanc. I knew Wayne for my entire Medical career at "the regional " and especially in my capacity of Staff ER Physician. Wayne for many many years was our #1 porter especially on evenings and nites when he would wisk thru the ER, grab whatever bloods needed to be delivered to the Lab and carry on in his efficient manner...often never taking his eyes off his latest book he was reading. More often than not, Wayne had his tunes blaring via his headphones. He was a unique lad and I am glad that I knew him. I respected him and his dedication to his work !
