I was sorry to hear that Clarence passed away. I knew him at CFB Chatham in the Mid 1970s on 416 Squadron. The last time I saw him was when the #4 Winnipeg hosted the National Convention in Winnipeg. There were about 6 of us who retired in Winnipeg who knew him from various bases. It is sad to hear the news.. Rest in Peace old buddy...

Clarence was a willing volunteer at Ridgewood Veterans sometime ago, helping the men with the preparation and finishing of their Crafts, which they took great pride in making. - He also took part in some social activities and was well respected by both Staff and Residents alike. With tender thoughts to the family, Eileen Clarke Volunteer

Clarence was one of my closest boyhood friends. We played ball and hockey together well into our teens. I followed him into the RCAF two years later in 1958.. We crossed paths a few times over the 30 plus years but never served at the same location at the same time. RIP my friend.
