May was a wonderful mother and grandmother who had a zest for living, enjoying fun adventures and travelling. She was always ready and willing to go on a road trip. May worked hard throughout her life with Ken mostly in the fishing industry in Maces Bay where they raised a loving and kind family. She was a member of the Maces Bay Seniors; she loved living on the Bay and being a part of the Maces Bay community. She enjoyed gardening, picking berries, and dulseing.
A special thank you to May’s niece Tracy Brownell. The family would also like to thank May’s caregivers (friends) Linda Richard, Tina Brown and Sheryl Scott for all their wonderful care given to Mom, and Extra Mural nurses Kim and Cam for their amazing compassion for Mom during her final days.
