Obituary of Betty Lorena MacPherson
Easing weariness to face tomorrow’s press,
Living creatures withdraw to take their rest.
Tomorrow’s tasks compel proficiency, no less.
Life’s duty concluded, bespeaks my rendered best.
Remains, the tentative interpretation of this mortal test.
