I only knew of Bob by his photos of Saint John, but how I cherished them! Living away from Saint John since Nov.’69, his photos were of the time I lived there. They were so clear and emotive. They were what I looked for on Facebook and I really enjoyed his calendar one year. He had such talent! Thank you to Bob’s family for sharing him and his talents with us. Love from Diane Latta

Judy and family - my condolences on this news. Bob was such a kind and sharing person to those of us into photography, trains, or Saint John history. I met Bob when I first began my research into Partridge Island. Many times we'd fly there in the helicopter..both of us with cameras in hand. He provided so much support to me and those of us who had a vision for that island.
I hope you know that Bob made thousands of digital friends with his posting of photos and information on social media. That legacy will continue.

May you RIP Bob, sorry to hear of your passing.

Judy and family. I first met Bob when you folks lived on Summer Street in the Valley (SJ) and he inspired me to purchase and use an airbrush, eventually to painting cars and vans, as well as making several REB inspired T-Shirt designs. We had touched base, over the years from time to time, mainly on Facebook, where I have always admired his aerial photos of SJ and of the many drag races he documented.
This is a sad loss. Please accept my sincere condolences.

Bob and I first became friends in the 80s when we had business dealings at the Coast Guard. I was aware of his railroad modelling back then, as well as his skills in photography, so we had lots to chat about. He was always kind and considerate, helpful and a true gentleman. I send prayers for peace and strength in the days ahead.
We reconnected when I returned to railroad modelling in the past couple of decades, and it was enjoyable and encouraging to reconnect. I am very sorry that his health deteriorated, and that he is now gone from us. But Bob Boudreau will never be forgotten, especially by myself and our mutual friends.

I am very sorry for Bob's passing. My deepest condolences to Bob's family and friends.
Bob was a very talented photographer who captured Saint John's changes (many aerial shots from a helicopter before drones were invented) and his many pictures of Saint John he shared on his Facebook Group "Why I Love Saint John".
I did not realize Bob was as sick as he was when he last messaged me about his Facebook Group.
He was an outstanding Saint John promoter who will be truly missed.
Rest in peace my friend!

Judy and family...I was shocked and saddened this morning when I opened up my Facebook page and found the news that REB has passed away. Since moving here to Australia, I have lost touch with many of my old friends. I didn't even know that Bob was in a care facility.
I know I speak for many of the crazy guys (and gals) in the classic car / hot rod community when I say that Bob will be sorely missed. He has been in my thoughts and memories often over the past years.
Rest in peace, REB...

I'm very sorry to the family and friends who knew him for your loss. I never met Bob in person, but I had communicated with him a couple of times about various historical photos he shared, and had purchased the rights to print one of his historical photos large from him one time. It's currently in my living room atop the piano. I'll forever think of him now when I see it as I always have, and I will be forever grateful to him for making the photographic records of Saint John that he made.
