Obituary of Chris Long

It is with profound sadness and heartbreak that the family of Christopher G. Long announces his unexpected passing on July 29, 2023, at the Saint John Regional Hospital.

Chris leaves behind his father and mother Wayne D. and Kimberley (Collins) Long, brother, Jason W. Long, Niece, Brianna Long, Nephew, Riley W. Long, Aunt and uncle Kathy (Collins), Eldon Smith, Uncle and Aunt, Frank, Bonnie (Swan) Langmaid along with several cousins.

Chris was predeceased by paternal grandparents, John (Jack), Edith Long, maternal grandparents, Janet Collins, Frank Langmaid and special Aunt, Ann-Louise, uncles, Robert, and James Long.

Chris loved animals, gardening, painting, fishing, and playing cards and board games with family and friends.

The arrangements are under the care and direction of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, N.B. (634 1701). There will be no funeral at the request of family.
