The friends of dialysis will remember our dear friend Gary always. He would make us laugh sitting in the common room with bird calls or his cat cries waiting for some unsuspecting person deep in thought at the prospects of their busy day ahead, to walk through with the sounds of birds singing or a cat fight which would stop the unsuspected person stop in their track not sure if they heard what they heard or not. We would sit quietly waiting for them to pass in confusion and it would be a great laugh knowing Gary got another one and we would break out laughing. Gary had a knack to make us all laugh. You can sometimes be lucky enough to have a special friend all your life and then there are some that pass through your life just a short time and this was our dear friend Gary, he left such a mark in our hearts and will be so missed. We would all gather around him while sitting in the common room waiting to be called for treatment and he would start our days filled with laughter even if we weren't feeling like being happy that day but boy he had that knack of bringing a chuckle out of you and made your day just a little brighter. Saying he will be missed is hard to comprehend for he was always the first one we looked for. He was so special, well liked by us all, his special friends Theresa, Mary. Gloria ,Sandy. the guys and nursing staff, we all feel the loss of not seeing him daily but he left us all such a wonderful gift of joy and laughter, rest well sweet friend Gary, God's blessing on you, you will definitely be remembered.
