Colin, Dina, Anna, Darren, Liam, Riley, Samuel and Sophie,
We extend to you the comfort of the Christian faith as you grieve your mother, mother-in-law and grandmother. We remember her attending and participating in worship at the Grand Bay Baptist Church. We recall visiting with Sandra and Brian in their home and later with Sandra at the Carleton Kirk Lodge. We valued Sandra's love for you, her family, her sense of humour, and her strength of personality that helped her to keep going. We are grateful that Sandra put her trust in the Lord Jesus, the one who said, "I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me though they die, yet shall they live." John 11:25
We are remembering you in prayer.

It was great good fortune for Bill and me to know Sandra and Brian and all the family as special friends. They were people of character who lived their lives with great courage and generosity of spirit.Sandra’s passing is a profound loss not only to her dear family but to her friends and the greater community.
I remember Sandra as a beautiful woman in body ,mind and spirit and as a family you have been an example of great moral beauty.
I shall keep Sandra and all of the family close in my thoughts , in my prayers and in my heart always.God bless and keep you all.Love Mary Lou

To Anna and Colin and families: So sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I met Sandy and Brian when I began teaching at MNHS. I remember four of us trying to teach me bridge. I was not very successful but we had lots of laughs. RIP Sandy. God bless. Keeping you in my prayers

To Colin and Anna, sending my sincere condolences on the passing of your Mom. I worked with Sandy at the Bank of Montreal , which was not yesterday. She was smart and spunky, such a pleasure to work with, she loved her family. Our bank family was so heart broken when she became ill, visiting and sending food to Brian, Colin and Anna. Though that was many years ago, we often thought of her,Always remembering her laughter and sparkle in her eyes. RIP Sandy, as you had a long hard road on earth, but your family’s love and strong spirit was always with you. Gloria McHugh
