Obituary of Margaret Marcella Pettinger

It is with great sadness the family of Margaret “Marnie” Marcella (Wright) Pettinger announces her death, at the Saint John Regional Hospital on May 9, 2023. Born on October 27,1941, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Margaret (Russell) Wright.

She is survived by her loving husband of sixty years Ernest Pettinger, her beloved boys Charles (Dianne Osborne), David (Joy), Andrew (Pamela), Brian (Amanda Finnamore) and Stephen, several grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Her brothers Ken (lateCarol), Brian (Susan) and her sister Carol (Rudi) Hogenbirk and several nieces and nephews.

The arrangements are under the care and direction of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, N.B. (634 1701). A visitation will be held on Tuesday May 16, 2023, at Castle funeral home from 1:00pm until 2:00pm. A Memorial Service will take place at Castle ‘Fallsview” Chapel on Tuesday May 16, 2023, at 2:00pm.
