Obituary of Erik McFarlane

It is with great sadness the family of Ralph Erik McFarlane announce his unexpected passing on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John in 1955, Erik was a son of the late Ralph McFarlane and Elizabeth (Martin) McFarlane.

Erik was an avid Antique Car enthusiast.

Erik is survived by his wife, Brenda Spencer, of GrandBay – Westfield, one daughter, Tracey (Cory) Ross, of Maine, two grandsons, Logan Ross and Luke Ross, both of Maine, two brothers, James (Leona) McFarlane, of Lower Greenwich, and Kenneth McFarlane, of St. Andrews, and nieces and nephews.

Erik is predeceased by his parents, Ralph McFarlane, and Elizabeth (Martin) McFarlane, and one brother, William McFarlane.

The arrangements are under the care and direction of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, N.B. (634 1701). As per Erik’s wishes cremation has taken place.
