Obituary of John Stewart Muise
On Saturday, December 3, 2022, John Stewart Muise of Dipper Harbour, husband of Sandra (nee Belmore) Muise, passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, NB he was the son of the late Leonard Muise and Helen (nee Melvin) (Muise) Stout.
John worked construction with the Local 900 for many years.
Besides his wife, John is survived by his children: Tina (Gary) Dealy, John (Tanya) Muise, and Tracy Muise; three sisters: Mary (Darrell) Hansen of Musquash, Darlene (Dave) Sheppard, and Linda (Donald) Belmore of Chance Harbour; 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He is predeceased by his parents Leonard and Helen, step-father William Stout, brothers: Murray, George, and Norman Muise; and granddaughter Tarynn Muise.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, N.B. (634 1701). In keeping with John’s wishes cremation has taken place, and there will be no visitation. A Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, in the Dipper Harbour Cemetery at 11:00AM.
