Obituary of Susan Anne Worden
It is with broken hearts the family announce the passing of Susan Anne (Price) Worden, wife of Brian I. Worden on Saturday October 8, 2022, at the Saint John Regional Hospital after a period of failing health. Born in Saint John in 1958 to the late Francis and Doris (Byers) Price.
Susan worked as a supervisor at the Turnbull Nursing Home in the Housekeeping and Laundry Dept.
Susan is survived by her beloved husband, Brian Worden, three sons; Brian “Scott” (Jessica) Worden, of Lower Greenwich, Shawn (Lisa) Worden, of Morrisdale, N.B., and Cory ( Ashley) Worden, of Morrisdale, N.B., one brother; Dale Price, of Saint John, two sisters; Linda Kinney, of Saint John, Shelly (Dale) Collwell, of Doaktown, sister- in- law; Mary Lou Price, of Saint John, eleven grandchildren; Alycia, Lindsay, Kayla, Tyler, Bennett, Taylor, Breelyn, Adalyn, Aubree, Lucas, Brooklyn, 2 Great Grandchildren; Everett, and Norah Sue, several nieces and nephews.
Susan was predeceased by her parents, Frank, and Doris, one brother; James Price, sister-in-law; Cindy Price.
Arrangements are in the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John (634 1701). A visitation will be held on Thursday October 13, 2022 at Castle funeral home from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. A Memorial service will take place Castle “Fallsview” Chapel on Friday October 14, 2022 at 11:00 am. A reception will be held at the Carleton Curling Club (115 Rodney St. Saint John) following the service. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences can be made at www. Castlefh.ca
