Obituary of Frances Oliver
Oliver, Frances Edna (McKee) Passed away peacefully on Friday, August 31, 2012 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on March 29, 1936 in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Abbie (Manning) McKee. Loving wife of the late Murray Oliver. Frances loved her grandchildren, Katie and Holly and her cats, Charlie and Thomas. She also enjoyed antique autos and was a member of the NB Antique Auto Club and loved to go trailering at Pine Cone, with her daughter and son-in-law. She is survived by her son, David (Tammy), daughter, Donna (John) Harding and grandchildren, Kathryn and Holly Oliver. Besides her parents and husband she was predeceased by her brother, Robert. Arrangements have been entrusted to Castle Funeral Home, “Fallsview Chapel”, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John West (634-1701). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 05, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. from Castle Funeral Home. There will be a reception at the Fallsview Family Reception Center following the service and interment will be held at Lorneville Cemetery, following the reception. Donations, in memory of Frances, may be made to the SJRH-Palliative Care, Diabetes Association, Kidney Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation. The family would like to thank Dr. Webb and Dr. Bewick and the doctors, nurses and staff at the Saint John Regional Hospital 5C North and Palliative Care.
