Obituary of Redford Young

Young, Redford “Red” Leander Passed away on Monday, May 14, 2012 at Bobby’s Hospice. Born on June 19, 1951, he was the son of Alberta (Robicheau) and the late Everett Young. He is survived by his sons, Derek (Christine), of Letang, NB and Michael Small, of Fredericton, NB; brothers, Eric, of St. Stephen, Gary and Roger, both of Windsor, Ontario; sisters, Marion, of Digby, NS and Shirley (Loren) Fleet, of St. Andrews, NB; two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; special niece, Amy Fleet and best friend, Melanie MacLellan. Besides his father, he was predeceased by his brothers, Michael and Robert. Arrangements have been entrusted to Castle Funeral Home, “Fallsview Chapel”, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John West (634-1701) there will be a funeral service on Friday, May 18, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. from Ells Funeral Home, 1199 Route 776, Grand Manan, NB. A family service in Lepreau will also take place at a later date. In lieu of flower, donations, in memory of Red, may be made to Bobby’s Hospice.
