Obituary of Donald Stewart

Stewart, Donald Kerr “Donnie” Passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday, July 18, 2011. He was the son of Norma (Veysey) Stewart and the late Kerr Stewart. Husband of Blanche (Savoie). Donnie was a Mechanic until his retirement in 1999 and was also an avid bowler. Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by his daughters, Sandra (Sylvain) Plourde, Lana Stewart (Edward Seely), of New Jersey, USA and Yvette Stewart (Kelvin Sullivan); brothers, Cecil (Bernice) Stewart and Gary (Dina) Stewart; sisters, Sharon (William) Campbell, Pamela (Donald) McMahon and Gloria Stewart; 7 grandchildren, Vanessa, Donnie, Edward, Jeffrey, Danielle, Katerina and Savanah; 4 great grandchildren, Hailie, Daneca, Cameron and Brandon and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Castle Funeral Home, “Fallsview Chapel”, 309 Lancaster Ave., Saint John West (634-1701) visitation will take place on Thursday, July 21, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Following the visitation Donnie will be taken home to Tabusintac, NB. Memorial donations may be made to the MS Society. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff in the ICU at the Saint John Regional Hospital.
