Obituary of Marie Cecilia Harvey

Marie Cecilia Harvey passed away peacefully on Wednesday April 20, 2016 at Bobby’s Hospice. Marie was a Psych Attendant for over 20 years at Centracare. She was a social Butterfly who loved engaging people in conversation, she was an avid animal lover especially for dogs and birds. Marie will be sadly missed by daughters Diane (Mark) March of Quispamsis, NB and Elaine Harvey of Saint John, NB; son Grant (Starla Porter) of Saint John, NB; grandchildren Marissa, Kari, Melissa and Merrick; great grandchildren Ethan, Damien, Chloe, Makayla and Dustin. Besides her parents Marie was predeceased by brother Gordon Fielding. Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John (634-1701). Visitation will be held on Sunday April 24, 2016 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm and 6:00pm – 8:00pm. A Memorial Service will take place on Monday April 25, 2016 at 2pm from Castle Funeral Home Chapel. A Reception will take place at Castle “Fallsview” Reception Center following the service. In Lieu of flowers donations in Marie’s memory can be made to Bobby’s Hospice, Canadian Cancer Society and SPCA Animal Rescue League.
