Obituary of Earl Cormier
Mr. Earl Cormier passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on January 8, 2014. Born in Saint John on April 26, 1931, a son of the late William and Bertha (McCleum) Cormier. Earl worked at the Holiday Inn. He was also a good friend of the Ritchie Family of the Carpet Warehouse. Earl is survived by his brother Donville Cormier of Saint John; his sister Shirley Cormier of Saint John; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Johnny, Malcom, Robert, Berchum, Hartley and William; also one sister Bonnie Foster. Resting at Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, NB, E2M 2L3. Visitation will take place on Friday, January 10, 2014 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 10:00am from the Castle “Fallsview” Chapel. Interment will follow the service at Greenwood Cemetery. Donations made to the Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation, St. Georges Church or to the charity of the donor’s choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
