Brad, Elaine and Family We send our condolences and prayers for the loss of your dad. God will give His comfort and strength during this time but also a joy of knowing that your dad is now with his Heavenly Father, in the arms of his Saviour and with your mom. We will continue to pray for all of you during this time. During our years at Bethany we got to fellowship at several church functions with your parents and it was evident that they truly loved their Lord and Saviour Jesus and their Heavenly Father. They were always smiling and happy to see everyone they encountered. It was a joy to know them.

I will miss Floyd around the manor .He was a pleasant gentleman with a great smile and I will miss him telling me that I was a good girl right after I gave him a kiss on his cheek . He loved our outings to Dairy Queen because he loved his ice cream so much. A wonderful man, it has been a pleasure to be a small part of his life.

Brad & Family, My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time as you celebrate the life of someone so dear to you. I have many happy memories of the time I spent in Maces Bay. I still remember the first time Floyd let me go out in the boat as they emptied the weir. It was such a big deal for a "city girl". God Bless. Ginny

Dear Family and Friends . . . Our prayers and thoughts are with you at the home going of Floyd. Unfortunately we are not able to visit the funeral home or be at the funeral, but we still share with you the blessed promises of 1 Thessalonians 4:13 through 18.I've (Terry) always remembered as an 11 or 12 year old staying for a few days with my mother and dad at Seely and Janie Small's home in Maces Bay - probably for a Bible Conference. Elsie was boarding with the Small's at that time and working somewhere in the area. She and Floyd were "going together" then and I remember seeing Floyd come to pick her up for a date when she got home after work. I was only a kid, but I remember how excited Elsie was to get ready for an evening with Floyd - and Janie and Seely would be teasing her about it. Floyd must have cut quite a "wide swath" in those days! Most likely he always did!Anyhow, time marches on and I expect Elsie never lost the excitement about spending time with Floyd - and now they are both in the presence of our Lord. What a blessed promise and comfort we have!Terence and Dale Fraser
