Obituary of Karen MacKenzie
MacKenzie Karen B.The death of Karen B. MacKenzie occurred on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was born, a daughter of the late William and Caroline Reddy.She was an avid bowler with the mixed league on Thursday nights, a dart player with the Sunday mixed league at Royal Canadian Legion ,Branch #2 and she also enjoyed knitting. Karen is survived by 2 sons, Charles "Chuck" and Michael "Mike" (Debbie) both of Saint John, 2 daughters, Gail (Ian) Penman of Saint John and Janet Murray of Woodsotck, N.B., 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by husbands Harold Everett Murray and Charles Gordon MacKenzie, sons Vernon Murray, Wayne Murray and Paul Murray.Resting at Castle "Fallsview"Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, with visitation on Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 2-4pm and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will take place on Friday, April 10, 2015at Castle "Fallsview" Chapel, 309 Lancaster Ave. at 1:30pm. Interment will take place in Greenwood Cemetery. Donations made to the charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
