Obituary of Frederick White
White – Frederick Roy White of Oak Bay, NB passed away with his family present at the Saint John Regional Hospital on March 26, 2016. Husband of Nancy (Lee) White. Born January 29, 1939, son of the late Frederick and Doris (Noiles) White. Brother of the late Melvin and Bruce White. Fred worked as a Longshoreman, and was a member of the ILA for over 40 years. Survived by his beloved wife Nancy, son Steven White (Victoria) of Edmonton, AB. Granddaughters, Amanda McAdam-Daigle (David) of St. Stephen, NB and Stephanie Perry of Kingston, ON. Great grandsons, Hunter Daigle, Christopher and Jaydon Perry. Sister, Lorraine Sullivan of Kingston Peninsula. Brother, Gordon White of Saint John. Mother in law, Verna (Nice) Lee of Carleton Kirk Lodge. Sister in laws, Sandra White, Barbara Lee of Saint John and Paula White from PEI. Several nieces and nephews. Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, N.B. (634 1701) have been entrusted with the arrangements. A visitation will be held on Tuesday March 29, 2016 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday March 30, 2016 at 1 pm with Pastor Garth Williams officiating. A Reception will follow the service at Castle ‘Fallsview” reception center.
