I would like to express my sincere condolences on the recent passing of John. My wife, Holly and I send thoughts and prayers to you and your family at this difficult time. I have wonderful memories of the times spent in John's company back in the 1980s. Whether Karen and I went for a visit to NB or when John came to Halifax to visit us, we always had a splendid time together. We had many great debates and plenty of laughs too. My own mother passed away this year, so I have some idea of what you and your family are going through. No comfort is quite enough to replace the loss.
