Obituary of Barbara Trainor

After a lengthy illness, Barbara passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on January 19, 2011 Barbara was predeceased by her father Ernest "Bill" Galbraith. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Roly; daughter Erin (Chris) Lanigan and their son Camden of Saint John; mother Alice Galbraith of Woodstock; Sisters Marilyn (Gerry) Dupré of Woodstock, Mary Lou (Robert) McKay of St. Stephen, Kathy (Danny) Galbraith of Shediac, Jennifer (Steve) Gormley of Lorneville; brothers Barry of Vancouver and John (Barbara) of Missisauga. Barbara will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Barbara was a caring and generous person an avid reader and gardener. She enjoyed decorating her own house and giving design advice to her friends and family. She was a devoted mother, wife, sister and daughter, she will be sadly missed. Resting at Castle “Fallsview” Funeral Home 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John West (634-1701) with visiting on Friday, January 21 from 7 - 9. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Castle Funeral Home. Donations in Barbara’s memory may be made to Romero House or the charity of one’s choice.
