Hello Wendy and Patti. So sorry to hear of your loss. My parents (Ron Gray and Muriel Weatherhead) had great stories of times with your parents, all seemed to involve lots of fun and laughter. Patti so sorry to read of your dad's passing.First thank you for coming to visit when my parents passed. Second I am not in SJ at the moment and cannot return the favour. My first job after UNB was NBTel in your dad's department and he was a quiet, respectful department head. I will miss seeing you in church when in Saint John. All my sincere condolences. Chris

WORKED at the K.Manor,,and like the other staff members ,looked after DON AND loved him very much ,I left the manor in july ,but remember the residents with many memories,prayers for the family ,,takecare lois Searle

Dear Patti,Although I never worked with your Dad or even in his department when he was there, I had a great respect for him. I recall when I first went to work at NBTel that the new hires had the opportunity to spend some time with each of the department heads. I had an appointment to meet with your Dad which I was so looking forward to. Uncharacteristically; I missed the appointment. It's something that I carried with me throughout my time there. I doubt that he even gave it a second thought. But I did treasure my working relationship with his daughter and I offer you my sincere condolences on the passing of a fine gentleman. My sympathy is being sent from Florida and I won't be returning until mid April. Both you and your Dad are in my thoughts.Bob
To : Wendy , Patti & family So sorry to hear of Don's passing.Elaine and I are away this month so regretfully will be unable to attend the visitation.I have known Don since the late 1960's and have great memories of him both at the bowling alley and on the golf course and was fortunate to have gone on a couple of golf trips with him.Even in a friendly game it would be hard to find anyone more competitive than Don.We will all miss him.Sincerely Carl & Elaine Tilley
