Obituary of Jo Ann Ellen Cornfield

With broken hearts the family of Jo Ann Ellen Cornfield announce her passing on Friday March 4th, 2022.

Jo Ann leaves to mourn her husband Raymond, Son's Tim (Patti) and Adam (Megan), brother Gary (Bonnie) Byers and a large circle of loving family and friends. She will be forever missed by the grandchildren who were the light of her life Samuel, Colin, Leigha, Kain and Dallas.

 She was predeceased by her mother Frieda Byers (Parker) and father Ronald Byers. 

Jo Ann spent many hours enjoying a cup of tea at the nature park, she loved working with her friends at TD Station, poker nights with the girls and was passionate about travel especially to her beloved New York City. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and loved her little dog, Lucy.

Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John, NB E2M 2L3, 506-634-1701.A Private Service will be held for immediate family only. Interment will take place in Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family encourages donations to the Canadian Cancer Society. Online condolences can be made at www.castlefh.ca
