Obituary of Sharon Hayward

It is with great sadness that the family of Sharon Ellen Hayward announce her sudden passing on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at her home. Sharon was born February 17, 1985 in Saint John, NB to Keith and Gwen (DeAmbrose) Hayward.

Sharon is survived by her parents, daughter Islay Hayward, brother Brad Hayward, and best friend Sonia Lopez, aunts, uncles, cousins, and her cat Baby who will miss her so much as well

She is predeceased by her sister Cheryl Ann Hayward, paternal grandparents Harry and Theresa Hayward, maternal grandparents Walter and Terese DeAmbrose, and close friend Alison Wetmore.

Sharon was a very loving and caring person, she enjoyed spending time with her family and her best friend Sonia Lopez. Sharon loved cats, took great care of her home, enjoyed a good Tim’s Coffee and was learning how to knit.

Arrangements are under the care of Castle Fallsview Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John, NB E2M 2L3, 506-634-1701. A Private Family Memorial Service will be held at Castle ‘Fallsview’ Chapel. Interment will be held at a later in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Sharon’s memory can be made to Canadian Diabetes, Local Foodbank or a charity of the donor’s choice.  Online condolences can be made at www.castlefh.ca.
