Obituary of John Cordell Graham
It is with heavy hearts that the family announce the passing of John Cordell Graham on July 4th, 2019. Born on May 22, 1944 in New Waterford, Cape Breton to the late John and Marie Graham. John is survived by his loving wife of 34 years Cheryl (Palmer) and his children Stephen (Lindsay) & Ashley (Donavin). His grandson Hunter. Nieces Jennifer & Samantha. Nephews Danny & Benjamin. His brother and best friend Danny. Brother in Law Stephen (Jenn) Father in law Russell Palmer. John has been retired for several years and enjoyed his summers in his happy place at Wally's Campground until he was unable to go due to his illness. The last 2 years he spent his days at Kennebec Manor where he kept the staff laughing and keeping them on their toes. John was a life member of the Legion Branch 69. The family would like to thank all the staff at Kennebec Manor for their care and compassion shown to our family. Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John, NB E2M2L3 506-634-1701. Visitation will take place on Sunday, July 7, 2019 from 5:00PM-8:00PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held from Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church on Monday, July 8th at 12:00 Noon. A reception will follow the Mass at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #69.
