Obituary of Giuseppe Giovanni Pascon

It is with broken hearts the family of Giuseppe Giovanni “Gio” “Johnny” Pascon wish to announce his passing on Wednesday February 17, 2021 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Bathurst, in 1960, Gio was a son of Giuseppe Plinio and Yvonne (Frenette) Pascon. Gio was always honest about who he was and how he lived his life. He worked hard for his family, He told it like it was, and always had advice to share. Gio enjoyed life, whether he was ice fishing, hunting, playing cards, or washer toss at the cottage with his family. He was always willing to help out; or at least show up to let you know how things should be done. He only had 60 years but he lived every year to its fullest and anyone who met him always had good memories. Gio will be missed by all his family, friends, and neighbours. Along with anyone who was lucky enough to have crossed his path on a regular basis. We all love you. Gio is survived by two sons, Gino (Crissy) Pascon, of Cumberland Bay, Joe (Sarah) Pascon, of Saint John, and one daughter, Alexandra Pascon (Bruce Dryer), of Lower Greenwich, Three sisters, Luigina (Nadio) Cescon, of Fontanelle, Italy, Clara Reid, of Kingston Peninsula, and Angelina (Chris) Taylor, of Kingston Peninsula, six grandchildren, Jessica, Matthew, Anthony, Wesley, Leo, and Julia, his best pal David “Blackie” Black, and several nieces and nephews.
