I had the pleasure of working with him at both iMagicTV and Radian6. He was outspoken and honest, but very private at the same time. His work ethic was epic and I think foundational to the success of Radian6; he was at the office all hours, in every kind of weather, always ready to do whatever it took to make our customers successful. On the personal side, he was one of the funniest people I've met, with a quick, observant wit that always kept you honest. He also had an incredible grasp of pop culture, and could entertain endlessly. He was a little crusty on the outside, but a very kind and sensitive person. Bailey, you will be missed. I wish I had known you better. Rest peacefully.

One of the smartest and hardest working people I've had the pleasure of working with at Radian6. At a time when we were all working long hours it wasn't unusual to leave late in the evening and come back the next morning and see still Bailey working away to keep everything stable. Radian6 truely wouldn't have been as successful as it was without all of Bailey's help. I feel indebted to him because of that. He is missed and remembered fondly by many.

I have known Bailey since grade 1 in Lakewood Heights elementary. We graduated together from Simonds in 1980. Although time and geography caused us to drift apart, I have always considered Bailey a good friend. From the time he was a little boy right into adulthood he remained the kind, funny, compassionate, sweet boy I met in Grade 1. I will always be grateful he was a part of my life. To Bailey’s family I offer my sincerest condolences. I am truly sorry for your loss. I will keep all of you in my prayers. Sincerely, Theresa (Folkins) MacMillan

My condolences to the Campbell family. I only knew Bailey for a few short years, but during those years he was always a friendly and kind person. He was one of our “coffee regulars” at McDonalds West when I worked there & even recently, I’d walk in to see him sitting near the side door, as per usual, and he would always say hello. Bailey will be greatly missed.

To Baileys family at this very sad time my deepest condolences. I volunteered at many functions with Bailey, he was very pleasant to work with, I never heard him say an unkind word, he was sort of on the quiet side but did his work well. I also played cards with him in our little group he was quit good and enjoyed himself. I will miss him not being at the church and glad I met him. I am sure you have lots of memories to help you get through this hard time.

I worked with Bailey at a couple of IT companies, and thought the world of Bailey. Even after his departure from Radian6, I would see him from a distance and would think of him often. He was quite the character as well he set the definition of being a "hard worker" high. Even writing this now, I can smile thinking of our conversations at work. From the picture that was shared and the kind words of " part of the Hillcrest family, with a quiet, gentle, servant's heart" leads me to believe that he did have a relationship with our Lord, and he had peace. He will be missed.
