Obituary of Kenneth Austin Spencer

The family of Kenneth Austin Spencer, of Saint John, NB sadly announce his passing on September 01, 2017, at Saint John Regional Hospital. Born April 16, 1934 in Rexton, NB, Kenneth was the son of the late Mabel Fair. He is survived by his loving wife Mary Anne (Mazerolle), sons; Jim (Kelly), Rick (Jill), Frank (Donna), Gary (Roseanne), Ken (Kathy), daughters; Mabel King (Stan), Joanne Spencer (Wayne), and June Hawboldt (Roger), all of Saint John, NB, brothers; John Vautour of Vancouver, BC and Rob Vautour or Edmonton, AB. Kenneth is also survived by 16 grand-children, 8 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Kenneth was pre-deceased by two infant children, Ronald and Linda Spencer, brothers, Frank and Tippy Vautour, sisters, Doreen and Maxine Vautour. Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, N.B., (634-1701). Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 03, 2017 from 2:00PM – 4:00PM and 6:00PM – 8:00PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, September 04, 2017 at 12:00 AM at St. Pius X Catholic Church with a reception to follow. Cremation will take place after the service.
