Obituary of Eva Remona Golding
On October 28, 2019, Eva Remona Golding passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Eva was born December 5th, 1928 in Browns Flat, NB. She was the daughter of the late Fred and Elizabeth Belyea. Eva was active in various seniors’ organizations as well as a long-time member of the Grand-Bay Baptist Church, WMS, and Women’s Institute. She is survived by her sons; Donald (Nona) of Golden Lake, ON, Kevin (Brenda) of Welsford, Richard (Elizabeth) of Grand-Bay, daughter; Darlene (Rick) Ervin of Woodman’s Point, sister; Ada Dixon (Murray). Eva will be missed by grand-children; Lance, Marsha, Nick (Maggie), Chad (Jaime), Jonathan (Lisa), Jessica, Emily, Amy (James); many great grand-children, nephews and nieces; Karen and Teena. Besides her parents, Eva was pre-deceased by her grandson; Shawn Drew, grand-daughter; Angela, brother; Fred and special friend; Doug. Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John, NB E2M2L3 506-634-1701. Visitation will be held at Grand-Bay Baptist Church on Wednesday, Oct. 30th from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. Funeral Service will be held at Grand Bay Baptist Church on Thursday, October 31st at 2 PM. Burial will take place at Browns Flat United Church Cemetery. Donations in Eva’s memory can be made to the IWK or Grand Bay Baptist Church. Online condolences can be made at www.castlefh.com.
