Obituary of Marie Brigitte Anne Bulgaris
It is with heavy hearts the family of Marie Brigitte Anne Bulgaris announce her sudden passing at home, on Sunday, January 13th 2019. Anne was born on May 11, 1949 in Campbellton, NB to the late Ernest and Mary (McEvoy) Frenette. Anne lived a simple life but she was a hard worker. She spent most of her career working for Aliant and after her retirement, went on to work full time at Wyndham for the past nine years. She truly loved to work. Anne enjoyed playing on the computer; doing puzzles and playing online scrabble games, which she would always win. She loved spending time with her husband Emile, going for drives and getting Tims (always a large black coffee in a double cup), having breakfast at Fundy Breeze, and cooking for him. Anne was also very passionate about animals, she loved her dogs and taking them for walks. Her favourite days of the year were Canada Day and Boxing Day; those days the family would always get together and she wouldn’t have to cook everyone dinner. Anne will be dearly missed by her spouse Emile Albert, daughters; Polly Schoonbaert (Scott) and Dawne Bulgaris, step children; Paul Albert (Catherine), Joanne Albert and Daniel Albert, sisters; Rita Saunders, Alma Melanson (Randy), Rhona Sawler (Brad) and Helene Kennedy (Phil), grandchildren; Alicia, Julienne, Zachary, Madison, Logan, Jordyn, Aaron and Anthony, eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents and brothers Peter and John Frenette. Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John, NB E2M 2L3 506-634-1701. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 17th 2019 from 1PM-3PM at Castle Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers donations in Anne’s memory can be made to the Saint John SPCA or the charity of the donor’s choice. Online condolences can be made at www.castlefh.com.
