Obituary of Arthur Edward Green

It is with deep sadness that the family of Arthur Edward Green, husband of Carol (Armstrong Campbell) announce his unexpected passing which occurred on the morning of October 20, 2019 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, on October 23, 1943, he is the son of late Gertrude (Crilley) and Berton Green. Arthur will also be forever remembered by his step–daughters, Roberta McCarthy (Brian) and Patricia Campbell. His beautiful grandchildren: Damon, Katelynn, Jace, Hannah and Jayda. A special sister–in–law Isabel and cherished nieces Lindsay (Mike), Cathy (Mike) and nephews George Jr (Heather), Burt, James Jr. Great–niece Carleigh and great–nephew Seth, many cousins and close friends. Art worked for many years at Quebecor Printing Company in Saint John and Dartmouth and most recently for GardaWorld Security at NBCC Saint John. Besides his parents, Art is predeceased by his brothers George and James and step–father Clarence Robichaud. Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John, NB E2M 2L3 506-634-1701. In keeping with Art’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. His body has been donated to the Dalhousie Medical Research Department. Private Burial at a later date. There will be a reception held at the Royal Canadian Lancaster Legion Branch 69 on 714 Wilson Street, Saint John, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Friday, October 25th.
