Obituary of Karen Loreen Sinton

After a courageous battle Karen Loreen Sinton passed away peacefully at Bobby’s Hospice on February 18th, 2020 surrounded by loved ones. Karen was born on February 18th, 1965, in Edmonton, AB to the late Brian and Shirley (Witchen) Sinton. Karen was a fun loving person, she truly enjoyed spending time with her friends, playing football, softball and gardening. She drove for Saint John City Transit for over 10 years. Karen will be missed by her partner Teala Miller, infant daughter Ophelia Karen Miller, brother Greg and his wife Lisa Perry-Sinton, niece Caitlyn, nephew Liam and many friends. She is predeceased by her parents. Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John, NB E2M 2L3 506-634-1701. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd at 2:00 PM in Castle “Fallsview” Chapel. At Karen’s request please attend the service wearing your favourite tie-dye shirt.
