Obituary of Muriel Louise Henderson
Muriel Louise Henderson passed away peacefully at Carleton Kirk Nursing Home on January 28th 2018. Born on October 6, 1928 in Glace Bay, NS to the late John and Beatrice (Fear) Burden. Muriel was a dearly cherished grandmother, she loved baking, shopping, walking and spending summers at Crystal Beach. She was involved in WMS and the Wednesday morning ladies bible study at Hillcrest Baptist Church. Muriel spent her career years working for Northern Electric. She will be deeply missed by her daughters; Ann Maxwell (Brian) of Saint John, Karen MacDonald (Scott) of Calgary, AB, 3 grandchildren; Laura, Cody and Victoria, several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, husband James Henderson, and brother Bill Burden. Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, N.B. (634 1701). Visitation will take place on Wednesday, January 31st 2018 from 1:00PM-2:00PM. A funeral service will follow at 2:00PM in the Castle Funeral Home Chapel. A private family interment will take place at Cedar Hill Ext. Cemetery.
