Obituary of Rose M. Peters Abbey

It is with great sadness the family of Rose M. Peters Abbey announce her passing on October 18th, 2018 at her home. She was born on April 19, 1947 to the late Hayward and Alberta (Best) Abbey in Saint John, NB. Rose spent her career years working as a Home Care worker for Comcare Health Service. She enjoyed playing cards and shuffle board and was also known for her great cooking. She will be dearly missed by her daughter Leah Jackson, brother in-law Jim Hannah, granddaughter Sarah Jackson and nephew Joe. Rose is predeceased by her parents and sister Barbara Hannah. Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John, New Brunswick. 506-634-1701. As per Rose’s wishes cremation has taken place.
