Obituary of David Joseph Yelle

David Joseph Yelle died peacefully on June 27, 2020 at Bobby’s Hospice surrounded by loved ones. David was born on April 9, 1946 in Saint John, NB to the late Domina Joseph and Annie (O’Keefe) Yelle. David loved animals dearly, especially cats; he always wanted to help them. He was also interested in computers and technology; David would buy computer parts and build his own. David is survived by his son Troy, daughter Tamara, sisters; Francine Jane MacDonald (Richard), Bonnie Daigle, and Joanne Wilson, brother Patrick Daigle, brother in law Harry Phillips, many nieces and nephews and his dear cat Rusty. David is predeceased by his parents, sister Donna Phillips (Daigle) and brother in law Doug Wilson. The family would like to thank Bobby’s Hospice for all their care and compassion given to David during his stay. Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John, NB E2M 2L3, (506)634-1701. Keeping with David’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no service. Interment will take place at a later date in Holy Cross Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations in David’s memory can be made to Bobby’s Hospice or the charity of the donor’s choice.
