Obituary of Sherrill Fox

Sherrill “Sandra” Fox of Saint John passed away peacefully at the SJRH on Sunday, January 28th 2018. Born March 9, 1934 to the late Burton and Florence Galbraith. Sandra spent her career years working at Moosehead Breweries. In retirement she became an avid gardener in St. Andrews, and she loved baking for her grandchildren. Sandra enjoyed travelling with her late husband Thomas Fox. She will be dearly missed by her sons; Michael Fox (Lorna) of Moncton, Gary Fox of Moncton, Paul Fox (Lucy) of Grand-Bay Westfield, sister Paula Valpy of Saint John, 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, several nieces and nephews. Sandra is predeceased by her parents, husband, brothers; Robert, Jack, Ronald and sister Moira Reid. Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, N.B. (634 1701). Visitation will take place on Wednesday, January 31st 2018 from 6:00PM-8:00PM. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 1st 2018 at 11:00AM in the Castle Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery. Donations to Salvation Army, Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
