I will always remember the first time I met this beautiful lady such a kind warm person with a wonderful sense of humour and a gentle spirit. We are both sorry for you loss. I want to share a quote "sometimes you won't know the value of a moment till it becomes a memory " and I am so glad you all got to share those special moments together and have those lasting memories for a lifetime.

To Betty, Linda, Kathy, Sandra, Debbie, Sherry, Russ, Donald, and Ross, I am so so sorry to hear that Aunt Jean has passed away. Just last week I was looking at a picture of her at the festivities at the Lepreau Irving. I thought how well she looked. Your Mom was a part of most of my memories as a child. She always had a smile and a kind word and something funny to say to make you smile. I remember how hard she worked carrying buckets of water for her family to do laundry or to cook or have water to drink.. She never turned away from hard work..I remember many Fridays getting a ride to Dipper Harbour from Spruce Lake before we moved to Dipper. Those rides were always full of laughter and fun with both of your parents. Your Mom was always a loving , fun person to be with.. We worked together at A&W for a time on the west side. I travelled with your Mom.. She kept the staff at work in fits of laughter all the time. She was truly a joy to be with.. I credit your Mom with teaching me so much... She was a gem.. I could go on and on... Smile... I feel so badly that Im unable to be there with all of you.. But work is just starting for the season and Im unable to get the time off. I tried believe me...Please know that my heart aches for you all. My thoughts and prayers are with you..Your Mom has left a legacy of good work ethics, happiness, joy and love...Cherish your wonderful memories which I know are many..I love you all cousins...Your Mom is your guardian angel now.. She earned her wings of gold...

Dear Betty, Linda, Cathy, Russy, Sandra, Donald, Ross, Debby, Sherry and families, Please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of your mother/grandmother. I have fond memories of Jean from my childhood. She was wonderful to us when we were children. I remember her frequently cooking a big pan of dollar fries in the oven to feed not only her own children but all of us strays as well. She was very kind to my own mother when she was suffering from terminal cancer. My thoughts are with you at this time of sadness.
