Peter, Phil, Mike, Dave and the rest of Paula’s family. I am truly sorry or your loss. There are many stories I could tell about Paula, she snuck in my house twice. Once she took a painting and hung it on her wall at work. Another time she took my dress and wore it out when we went to supper. I said I have a dress like that and she said yes this is it. We had so much fun. As the song says “It has been a long day without you my friend and I’ll tell you all about when I see you again. We’ve come a long way from where we began and I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again. Fly high and rest easy my friend.

One of my absolute favourite people on earth. Paula was like a magnet, if you were in the same room you naturally gravitated to her because she was so fun, energetic, funny, and genuine. She was the life of the party. I will treasure my memories with my Aunt Paula; trips to Tim Horton's in the morning for her daily Double Double, trips to the West Side of Saint John as a kid and when she came to visit us in Alberta. She'll be missed and remembered forever.

Every single word on all of your memory's, love, and compassion for my mother was read and forever am grateful to know all the family she made along the way will never be forgotten. My mother's smile and love was the only thing to help her overtime her pain. My mom had suffered from her childhood and the good times for her never ended. Her smile will forever live on within me as will she, this site says to "share your memory's". those memory's will never end and ill always remember her fight to be the change she wanted to see by sharing all she had, her SMILE. If anyone else is suffering from mental illness or need help. It's never to late your voice matters and are loved, be the change you want to see. Thank you everyone for the love and reminding me we are all in this together.

Paul, Diana, Peter and her boys, I met Paula and Paul when they came to St. Pat’s in the early 70s. I remember her deep belly laugh contrasted by Paul’s quiet demeanour. Paula was a “real” person, approachable, genuine, kind and most of all fun. She was such a presence, well liked and respected. I remember her during the AYO days when she began her lifelong friendship with Nicole and also seeing her for the first time with Peter. I would bump into her over the years and unlike many people who change, she remained the same fun-filled, real person she had always been which was so refreshing. My heart goes out to her brother, Paul, her sister, Diana, who I met while we were all on a tropical vacation and Diana surprised her by flying in the next day to join her for her birthday, to Peter and her three boys. May your memories bring you comfort. RIP Paula ❤️

Peter, I am so very shocked and saddened to read of Paula's passing. It is so ironic that I was sharing a story just this week to friends about how much fun we used to have back in the day and mentioned Paula and how funny she was. It didn't matter where you ran into her she always had a big welcoming smile for you. Please know I am thinking of you and your boys during this difficult time and in the days ahead. The years have gone by so quickly and we have all travelled different paths since those days but I always reflect back on that time with a smile in my heart and gratitude for our friendships back then. RIP Paula and thanks for the memories.

There have been many happy memories of dear Paula. She truly lived to the fullest each day, regardless of what life dealt her and sadly was given more than most. Often talked of her boys with a sparkle in her baby blue eyes. She was blessed with many good friends but none truer than Nicole, her guardian angel. Paula was a humble, happy and kind soul who now is at peace and hope this will help her family and friends grieve a little easier. My condolences to her family and those who's heart Paula touched.
