Obituary of Lorna Marie Nichols
It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of Lorna Marie Nichols on Friday July 4, 2025 at the Mill Cove Nursing Home after a period of failing health. Born in Saint John, N.B. on May 2, 1963, Lorna was the only daughter of the late Charles Walter Nichols (March 2025) and the late Norma Lorraine Nichols.
Lorna is survived by one brother; Jeffrey Nichols of Bayswater, N.B., two nephews; James and Owen Nichols of Saint John, N.B., uncle; Douglas (Eileen) Nichols of Saint John, N.B., three aunts; Marjorie Wilson of Sussex, N.B., Gloria Ross and Sharon (Brian) Case both of Saint John, N.B.
Lorna was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Norma.
Resting at Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, N.B. (506 634 1701). A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Castle funeral home from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM in Castle “Fallsview” Chapel. Interment will follow in Harding’s Point Loyalist Cemetery.
