To Frank’s family & friends ;
Sincere condolences on your sad loss .
Frank was such a kind and respectful man. As a lawyer he was volunteering at Romero House and was very helpful in representing a mental health client of mine who was in need of legal services . Our paths crossed again when he worked with Bruce and I in mental health as a social worker . Frank was a valued member of our team and treated everyone with dignity and respect .
Sincerely;
Joanne Tynski & Bruce Barber

I had the pleasure of practicing law with Frank as one of my junior associates at Barry Spalding as well as occasionally encountering him when he later changed careers and went into social work. Frank was a true humanitarian as well as a gentleman of the highest order for whom I had a great deal of respect and appreciation for the various causes and persons he supported and assisted. My condolences to his family.

Dear Colin and Rachel - On behalf of all your UK family, please accept our condolences on the loss of your father. I always have fond memories of my brother-in-law, when James was young, and we visited you all in Canada. He went out of his way to entertain James and include him in whatever was going on around. He took James deep sea fishing with Steve and Joey Bursey which was definitely a 1st for James! Frank was the only person I've ever known who could eat half a banana and save the rest for another day! - this always makes me smile. Love and very best wishes from Auntie June.

We are both shocked and saddened to read of Frank’s passing. Recalling with fondness the early days of ACAP Saint John in Market Square. To Frank’s family and many loved ones, please accept our sincere condolences.

To Frank's family, My sincere condolences on Frank's passing. I knew Frank almost my entire life, as he used to play in our yard when he was a little boy, with my brother David, and other kids from the neighbourhood. My sister Christine and I were usually in the yard when the little gang of boys was there. Frank was my brother's friend, but he was always very kind to David's two 'little sisters'. We will remember him fondly.
Sincerely, Susan (O'Brien) Galley.

I worked with Frank when he was a junior associate and I remember how very kind he was to everyone. He was always doing nice things for people and I was on the receiving end of his kindness on more than one occasion. Rest in peace, Frank.

Rachel, Colin & Hogan family. I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. I knew Frank well in the early days of our " beginning work careers" at McDonald's West..many years ago . Also later on in years our paths crossed again a few times when he did my Will and Estate Services.
Frank was always a kind and caring person to me. We definitely had many laughs when we talked of our McDonald work days. Also when we talked in later years. Rest Easy Frank....you and all of your family are in my prayers and thoughts. Your kindness and early friendship will never be forgotten. Donna Sands
